Through direct one-on-one interaction, coaching is the most effective leadership activity a manager engages in with his or her direct reports. We sharpen a manager's ability to identify coaching opportunities and establish behaviors that will optimize performance. CSFL is skill practice intensive. Participants learn to address job challenges by processing "coachable moments," clarifying work expectations, coaching skill development, balancing inquiry and feedback, and increasing worker confidence.
