LEAP introduces tools for effectively engaging employees in the business enterprise through the use of teams, delegation, and individual coaching. Managers learn and apply a 4-part leadership model that gives them a framework for matching leadership styles with employee ability and motivation. LEAP outlines the steps for developing teams, teamwork, and prompting employee participation. Employee Leadership Effectiveness and Participation (ELEAP) is the complementary one-day workshop for employees whose manager has completed LEAP. This workshop can also be used for "high potentials."
